TURTLES


The homeless of the sea.
Unreliable speed racer of the reptiles.
Real honey badger of the water.
The not so cute raider of lakes.
Leaf eating lawn mower of fresh water.
Eggs of strength and power.
Seriously the greatest of animals.

    I like how you displayed your love for turtles in a creative way. Next time you should try to connect the lines together instead of having them be separate ideas and sentences.

    I have to disagree with Michael; I prefer the lines of the poem to stand on their own. This makes the reader pause to consider each idea before moving on.
